PACKAGING

To minimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact, we employ an eco-friendly packaging approach. Typically, we use 1-5 boxes per shipment (not per item) while ensuring that your items are well-protected during transit.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
Orders placed after 12 pm EST may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that shipping timelines are based on weekdays and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for order processing and production before your order is prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS

U.S orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx.
International Orders may be dispatched from various fulfillment centers based on the product's origin.

AVERAGE TRANSIT TIMES

For orders delivered to the United States: 2-5 Business days.
International orders: 7 - 21 Business days on average.

POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, may result in shipping postponements.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as any delivery issues are the responsibility of the respective shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order, and you will receive your tracking information as soon as your product is shipped.
It's important to note that each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe, as we carefully select quality and affordable products for our customers.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you safely, but in the unfortunate event of issues during transit or delivery, please follow these steps:

LOST PACKAGES

Once your order is carefully packed and handed over to the courier for delivery, the responsibility for its safe transit lies with the shipping company. If your package goes missing, follow these steps:

Contact the Courier First: Initiate the process by contacting the courier directly. You can file a lost shipment claim through either UPS Claims or USPS Mail Search.
Timeframe: Please note that we are not liable for lost US domestic packages. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date. If the package was marked as delivered, the claim must be filed within seven days of the reported delivery date.
Contact Us: If you require further assistance or have difficulties with your claim, please get in touch with our customer service team. Be sure to provide your order number, tracking number, and a new shipping address if applicable.
Replacement: Once your lost package claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to your new shipping address. Please note that we do not offer refunds for lost packages.

DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you receive a damaged package or believe your package was stolen after delivery, please reach out to us immediately, providing your order number and relevant details. We will work diligently to address the issue and find an appropriate resolution.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that Shabella NYC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your international order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding applicable fees before placing an order.
