RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Shabella pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and in their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, including the pouch, box, and tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, perfume, or cosmetic residue cannot be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
United States
We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States.
International Orders
For international returns, a $45 return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
FINAL SALE
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made pieces
SETS & BUNDLES
Items purchased as part of a set must be returned together.
Individual pieces from a set are not eligible for separate return or exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shabella.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within the return window.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
